My thoughts on summer classes
They suck.
that is all.
Okay, obviously I have more to say on this if you don't know me by now...
3.75 hours of class... TWICE A WEEK. for four weeekssssss.
I would rather go for like an hour and a half a day every day for 4 weeks.
but people work and blah blah blah
I don't have the attention span for this.
not to mention this the class I'm taking is Spanish.. .....103!!
I barely passed Spanish 102 and that was the first time I had taken Spanish since Junior year of high school.
I hate learning language. Mostly because it is really hard for me to learn one and...
This is America.
I rest my case.
that is all.

Keep Your Word
There is nothing I hate more than when someone tells you one thing.. and either does another or just doesn't do it at all.
FORRRRRRRRR EXAMPLEEEE... I babysit for this one family and I lovee them, they are super good to me and pay very well, howeverrrrr, they're inability to tell me the time they will be home so I can plan really gets under my skin. they say "it'll be an early night" but then come rolling in at like 2am and I've half dead from being tired and then drive 30 minutes home.
If you say you're going to do something.. just freaking do it. Or just don't say anything.
that is all.

MOM.
Happy Mothers Day!
Moms are probably the single most important person in a girls life, and in a guys as well. But I can only speak from the girls perspective, sorry guys! From the day we are born we develop such a strong bond with our mother. They shape us when we are children and even as we become tween, teens and young adults. Obviously, and naturally mothers and daughters do not agree on everything, that is just how life is, but even those arguments and the fights, we always learn a lesson in the end.
Behind 'I hate you! This is so unfair!" said by ever teenage girl everywhere at some point will eventually mean "thank you for knowing what is best for me, for caring about me and loving me enough to have rules."
When I was in high school I HATED (of course I could never actually hate my mother) my mom sometimes because she gave me an early curfew and wasn't "cool". But now, my twenty year old self understands why she did it. She just had my best interest in mind. And I appreciate that more than ever. I had friends whose parents could have given a rats ass about how late their child was out, or who they were with and/or what they were doing. Or they just wanted to be the "cool mom" or "cool dad." I'll be the first to admit that I am doing a lot better than those friends are right now.
I am grateful that I have a mom that loves me so much, and cares about me as much as she does. I do admit that at times she still is strict and can treat me like I'm twelve, but I would take that any day over a mother who doesn't care at all.
Love your mother, and tell her you do every day. Respect your mother, and she will respect you. Obey your mother, and you will be rewarded. Listen to your mother, she actually knows what she is talking about (usually).
Enjoy this lovely day in New England! I know I am! :)

What I want In a Man.
I honestly never actually thought about it, I kind of just go with the flow, I have like an image of him in my head, but that is just the exterior.... I hope you enjoy this rant that will probably end up being me arguing, contradicting and confusing myself... Happy Reading :)
1. I hate always being in charge. I want a guy who will be like, we are going here at this time, be ready by this time. Or when we are out lead the way, I went on a day trip this past summer with the guy I was seeing and I felt like such a mom, leading him around and whatnot. I want to be the one who is following. I'm not saying all the time, but I need a guy who will wear the pants, but let me wear them too occasionally. (In that case then I will be IN his pants... hehe, haddaa do it!)
2. I love my family, I want a guy who has a great relationship with his family. I know this is not always the case and some guys have bad relationships with their family, I understand this. If this is the case he needs to establish a good relationship with my family.
3. Needs to love kids.
4. WHY SO SERIOUS?! Life is too short to be serious all the time. I want a guy who can have fun! But he also needs to know when it is time to be serious.
5. College educated, or in college.
6. Preferably in a Fraternity.
7. Must dress nice! and by nice I mean he must own pastel pants. haha I love preppy guys. especially in a bow tie ;)
8. He's got to have goals. I'm not saying like crazy wayy out there goals, but like, goals for after college and even in college.. He's got to have good work ethic.
9. I want a guy who knows how to sweet talk. He knows how to be romantic and charming. I'm talking throwing rocks at my window... A girl can dream right?
10. Make me laugh, make me feel pretty, make me feel like I'm the only girl in the world (thanks Rihanna). Seriously though.
That's it for now. This is what I want my dream guy to be like.
But until then, I am content with my cats.
sorry I'm not sorry. :) haha

I have no life.
All I do is work. And I still feel poor all the time. I hate it. I cancelled plans tonight on two guys, Yes, I double booked myself, haters gonnaaa hate, I like to have options. But one of the guys is actually really sweet and likes me, genuinely. I'm just a bitch I guess.
ugh.
posts to follow including what I look for in a guy, because quite frankly, I don't even know anymore.
this is going to be interesting....

Oh, Hey There.
Welcome to my first ever "Big Girl Blog." I am a college student from the Northeast, and decided that my life is just too funny to keep to myself. This blog will be about my crazy life, fashion, outfits of the day, advice, recipes, everything you could possibly think of I plan to incorporate into this blog masterpiece. I'm still figuring out how to work it and playing with the colors and such, of course, lets be real, it's the colors that make you want to read a blog hahah.
until next time, which will be soon.
